Don’t know what to do next with models/when to do them?


Dear Brooke,
I am doing over drinking and I joined in Feb. Finally, am getting my ass together to actually do the work. So I am routinely doing a drink plan and a learn and move on follow up. I do a thought down load in the morning. Then I am stuck on models. I worked back from an action: Over drinking, which led me to a feeling: cranky, irritable…but I can’t get to a thought…I actually have too many thoughts…like all of the ‘drink thinking’ that you ever listed. How can I pick one and change the thought? OR where should I go on this site to re-learn the model?
