I’ve heard the model many times while listening to Brooke’s podcast. I am new here and I watched the video on the Model where she puts emphasis to do them everyday. I feel like it’s unnecessary and a waste of time to dissect and write down every thought that I have/feelings and all. Can you coach me on that? Why should I really make it a daily practice? I don’t feel convinced as I can already reflect on my thoughts/feelings/actions/results in my mind. Why do I need to sit down, slow down and dissect each and every thought around a result/goal?
