When doing a thought download can you write a question? Because if I choose that sentence/ thought in my T line can it be a question?

When doing a thought download, should I “keep in mind” that I might be choosing the statement/thought for a model and not make it a question or have an “and” in it or a feeling adjective? Of do I just write and then “clean up” the thought to fit in the T line?
