Where would be a good place to start with scheduling in downtime and rest? I know my mind can get caught in thinking that there’s not enough time for rest, but I want to give myself downtime out of self care. I work a 9-5 during the week and set tasks for myself to get things done after work. Do you recommend start giving myself a half hour and then build up to more? I know Brooke talks about a “nothing hour.” What exactly does she do or not do during that?

It’s so fascinating how my mind wants to freak out over allowing myself to rest. My thought is that if I rest or give myself time to rest, I’ll become lazy and keep resting instead of getting my stuff done. Thanks for your help!
