I literally just had a DREAM about allowing an urge – I dreamed I was in a mail and saw a store selling pain d’epices, spice bread. I wanted some very urgently and I breathed and told myself “I can allow this urge”. And then I woke up! I wonder if this means it’s really “sinking in”? I used to get dreams about “going off my diet and feeling guilty”. And: do I get a bead for a dream urge 😉 ?
