I enjoy drinking decaf, hot herbal tea before bed and sometimes in the morning as well. Other days I enjoy decaf coffee. I think pleasant thoughts about these drinks that lead to me feeling cozy and comfortable.
I could be buffering? Desiring these if I’m feeling slightly uncomfortable? But I dont think it’s creating a negaive in my life as far as I can see.
Wondering if its worth it to purposefully abstain just to see if anything comes up for me? I dont want to create a problem where there isnt one, but also desire to dive deep into self development/mind management.
