Drinking plan – 30 days

Hi. I made a drinking plan – 30 days no drinking. Previously I only drank 1 glass Friday, Sat, and Sunday. I decided To go on a 30 day break and reassess because I wanted to observe the effects of no alcohol on my brain. I believe it was making my anxiety and depression worse. Today is day 2… I didn’t drink last night and the way I’m feeling is sooooo damn good. Like wow. So much more energy And like happiness.. Is this normal? What else should I expect?
