Last month, I told you about my drooling board, like a vision board but with pictures of what I thought were yummy foods, so that I would drool when looking at them. I was hoping to get rid of my desire for them. It worked for a few weeks – I would indeed drool when focusing on them. Actually, I haven’t had any desire for them ever since.
And then it helped me realise that desire was not in these foods. Like beauty, it’s in the eye of the beholder. So I’m back to observing my brain and the situations when I actually notice “yummy” foods – it has nothing to do with the foods, everything to do with my thoughts, as you well know!
Have a great day!
