My protocol calls for 2 meals in a 6 hour window. My question is – if I’m not hungry at meal time, should I eat anyway? Or maybe wait a little longer and then eat? I’m nervous that if I skip a meal I’ll be overly hungry later on or the next day. I’m also nervous about getting stuck in a mindset of if 2 meals make me lose weight, then 1 meal would make me lose weight even faster.
