Eating after meal is finished


Hi there. I recently found this pattern of eating something after I’ve already finished a meal. It used to be chips, ice cream, chocolate; with my new protocol it’s nuts or fruits. I still think these are cravings, so I ran two models on it.

UM
C – Last night’s dinner: Salad, cheese, nuts
T – I don’t know when to stop
F – unsettled
A – eating more nuts after meal was finished
R – no clear end of meal

IM
C – Last night’s dinner: Salad, cheese, nuts
T – I know exactly when to stop and give myself space to experience this
F – confident, calm
A – stop when plate is empty, let meal settle in body, feel it consciously
R – clear end of meal

Not sure if I’m fully convinced yet that I know exactly when to stop, but I’m willing to learn that. So I’ll make emptying a predefined plate my “rule” and see how it goes. Does this make sense?
