Re-watching the overeating class (which is so helpful to watch more than once!) and in one video you said something about how you would approach how you would teach eating to someone who came straight from the womb and didn’t F up their hormones/desires already. So I’m wondering how you would approach food with people that don’t have all the issues yet (aka my 3 kids). I think you were talking about it in regards to the enjoyment of eating. Wondering if you would do anything different looking back to when your boys were little.
