Eating & body connection

Hi Brooke,

I am not not overweight, but have other health issues due to poor self-care. Both my parents were extremely over weight and I am more disconnected to food rather than endulgent. I forget to eat during my day and often dont feel hungry. (Add in sleep issues, autoimmune issues and me avoiding the doctor… just to add context)

I am doing the Sept honework, but could i use the overeating material in reverse to help me get connected to my body? Besides a thought dump, which i will do today. How would you advise me to best tackle this & what resourses are available?
