Eating for Energy

Hi Brooke! I’ve never been overweight but the downside is that I have the habit of eating what I like. Now in my 40’s I feel as though my energy is a lot lower than it should be – I wake tired in the morning and don’t have good stamina. I try to sleep 8 hours and blood tests haven’t shown any problem. I don’t drink or eat fast/processed food, but I do eat plenty of carbs and sugar – rice, bread and other grains, fruit, desserts etc. I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day and feel lousy if I miss a meal & am prone to headaches. I drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day but I really depend on coffee and carbs for the pick-me-up. Do you think it would be helpful for me to follow the advice in your “Stop Overeating” program? I probably do overeat, it just doesn’t translate to weight gain.
