Eating for health

Dear Brooke, I hope you are enjoying Dallas! This is a quick protocol question. I’m 45 years old, 5ft 7 and my weight has been stable for years at around 126 lbs. I mainly eat whatever I want – 3 meals and 2 snacks a day including plenty of flour and sugar. I’d like to improve my diet, not really to loose weight (although I could probably stand to loose a few lbs, which shows in my face) but as a way to increase my energy and improve immunity. I rarely drink so I don’t think I need to give that up. Would you recommend following the same protocol as in Stop Overeating? My first thought is that I’ll be seriously hungry!! But I want to do this.
