Hi Brooke, in your book, you suggest eating between-2 and 2 which could mean small meals multiple times a day.
In the Stop Overeating workshop videos you suggest intermittent fasting and staying hungry to let the body use it’s fat for fuel. I interpret this to be the opposite of eating between -2 and 2 since the meals will be infrequent.
Which practice should I be following? I’m at the beginning of my weight loss journey.
