I’m working on the following model and need some help from a coach to review it–not sure if the R is related to the T enough or not:

C: Billions of animals are slaughtered each year for human consumption.
T: Eating meat causes many animals to suffer and die.
F: Sad
A: Ruminate on how many animals die and how much they must suffer.
R: I suffer by thinking about eating meat
