Eating on the Friday’s evening


Hello dear SCS team,

My weight is normal according to the medical criteria. Through the whole week I am usually able to control type and amount of food I eat. However, I use so much energy and brain power to control the process during the week that on Friday it looks impossible for me (yes, it’s my current thought :).

Should I change this thought or could I simply eat large amount of food once in the week, considering that this doesn’t impact my weight
significantly?
