Eating past enough and SUPPLEMENTS

Hi, I am hoping to create some space between my thoughts about my supplements and feel gross.

I take supplements given to me by my doctor to help alleviate some auto immune conditions. I love my reasons for taking them but hate how bloated and burpy they make me after. I am always burping and it’s disgusting.

I am also frustrated that I am eating past enough and notice it after the fact and instead of learning my brain is looping back to how I should know better by now.

Any help on either front is appreciated.
