I understand my eating protocol can be whatever I want, and what works for me. I started writing down ahead everything I was going to eat, but it felt “off” for some reason, not sure if I was rebeling against it, or what. I am at my goal weight, which I think is part of why I wasn’t sure it “should” be so detailed … so I wonder if I can keep it more vague, for example: no sugar no flour, no eating after 7pm. Still keeping a food journal and weighing myself every day? I guess I could at least write it down each week (even vague like that?) and then do some intermittent fasting or other cycling if it felt like I needed to mix it up? Brooke, other coaches, how do you do it now that you are so experienced at it? Thanks!
