My IG is to lose 150lbs in 2019. I’m having trouble creating my protocol because I just don’t know how detailed it is supposed to be. Am I supposed to make a list of every possible food I will allow? Each type of meat, vegetable, and condiment I will allow myself to have? Am I supposed to have measurements of those foods like 8 ounces of protein per day? That seems counter intuitive to the “stop when you’re satiated” part of the lesson. What exactly does a protocol consist of? Just what’s on the worksheet within the workbook? Thank you!
