Hi Brooke,
I am a new comer. Listening to weight loss series and model series, circumstances, thoughts, feeling, action and result very keenly and trying to imbibe whatever I can. I can feel a considerable difference in my attitude towards emotions, desires and eating.
I have this question: If I start to have a cold (as in getting sick with cold) what are the adjustments needed in my protocol that help me. Do I still follow protocol?
