I’m observing how others eat after hearing you talk about intermittent fasting. My friend has a very nice figure (size small, curvy) and has been like this since I’ve known her for many years and know her eating habits.
I’m curious how she is maintaining her figure. Is it because she probably only eats about 1200 calories a day even though it’s unhealthy?
I’m just trying to look at others meals for examples and learn.
She has a triple sugar coffee during the day and at dinner she either has indian food (veggies and carb) or fast food. And she drinks often but she has only one meal daily and says she doesn’t get hungry or even tired otherwise.
Is she just rare or is this Intermittent fasting ?
