Recently I have been eating off my food plan and over eating to the point of physical pain.
I did a model that looks like this:
C: Eating when not hungry
T: I’m punishing myself for not doing better
A: Eat more, continue to eat when not hungry, negative thought loop
R: Continue to eat when not hungry, gain weight
I’m not sure where to take that C in an intentional model so I can change it.
