Eating window


I am currently at a plateau (have been here for several months actually) and trying to lose the last 10 pounds. I eat lunch and dinner, no snacks, and typically eat veggies/protein/fat at each meal. Lunch is at 12 or later, and dinner typically eaten by 7:30. I’m just starting to experiment with narrowing the eating window to 4 hours. Today I had regular lunch at 3pm and wasn’t very hungry towards 7, but I had perhaps a 1/3 size meal. Is this a problem if I am not getting my usual day’s food quantity? Or, ok to just not eat if not hungry by the end of the eating window?
