Eating with parents

Hi there, I am working on emotional eating.  Here are some dynamics related to eating in social situations:

C: Eating in front of parents on zoom. Finished my meal but my protocol for the dinner allows for some variability, depending on my hunger scale. Feeling urgent desire to eat more food
T: They are seeing that I am eating emotionally
F: shame
A: act as if I was under control of my appetite, but waiting the call to be over to assess
R: don’t move forward, the scheme will be repeated next time

C: Eating in front of parents on zoom. Finished my meal but my protocol for the dinner allows for some variability, depending on my hunger scale. Feeling urgent desire to eat more food
T: I cannot let myself be seen in checking my hunger scale, spinning in doubts and taking the time to allow urges in front of them
F: imprisoned
A: try to conclude the call and postpone this process when the call is over
R: don’t move forward, the scheme will be repeated next time

I would be glad if you could offer me your feedback on these models and some suggestions to move forward.  I see myself having some worry for the upcoming holidays where I will visit my parents for 2 weeks and similar schemes are likely to happen at every meal.  Could you please refer me to all the material here in scholars focused on how to navigate eating in social context and dealing with internalized social pressures around food?  Thanks a lot.
