Hi Brooke,
I can not eat all day and be fine but once I eat anything, I just can’t stop. It is like I just NEED more and more food. Why is this? I am almost afraid to eat because I know that I won’t be able to stop. Of course the food I crave is sweets and it seriously seems like I am not satisfied till I get sugar. I do try eating more fats but I am finding it hard to eat fats that I actually like.
Any thoughts on this?
