I have been with SCS since February. I joined for help with overeating – but also because I have recently started purging (at 47 years old). I remember you mentioning during calls that Life Coaching and Therapy are different. I have hired a Therapist and a Dietician to help with the Eating Disorder. Some of their instructions conflict with your teachings (they think flour and sugar are OK), so I am trying to determine how to use SCS in conjunction with my ED work. Should I focus on the monthly workbooks and thought work, and spend less time on the overeating/protocol part?
