I have successfully quit drinking using the stop over drinking program. I find myself having similar chatter around food as I had around alcohol before i stopped drinking. I’m not overweight and don’t overeat however I’ve experienced the benefit of eliminating the chatter and want the same around my food. I eat a reasonably clean diet, but want to not want the pasta, bread, pizza and pastries. I currently don’t eat these things very often but Ido think about them a lot. Do you recommend I follow the over drinking program and substitute alcohol for pastries or the overeating program?
