Eliminating Sugar and Flour?


HI Lovely Brooke,
I am planning on eliminating sugar and flour for the first time this week, as I love your program and like the idea a lot. However, I am not sure how it will go as I have been diagnosed in the past with hypoglycemia (low blood sugar issues). I experience headaches and even migraines, dizziness and nausea if I do not keep my blood sugar at a constant level.
I was thinking of doing a protocol with a 8 hour eating window with 3 meals 4 hours apart, but historically have needed to eat every 2-3 hours due to the above issue.
I greatly appreciate your advice on this!
