I am not clear on the difference between Emotional childhood and the Manual. I have read all the information in the vault, and the two seem really similar…is emotional childhood me blaming someone, something that has happened, in the past, for how I feel now…? and a manual is if they would behave this like I would be happy….So…if I was thinking…” I don’t love him as I should because of how he speaks to the children, if he would only speak to them like a proper dad we wouldn’t be so unhappy.” I am thinking in this I am in both EC before the comma and I have manual after the comma…is that right ?
