Emotional dictionary (Nadège)

Dear coach,
Thanks to one of your recent answers, I can now tell the difference between worry and anxiety – most of the time, I feel anxiety rather than worry. Thank you!
I drop inside to feel my emotions on purpose twice a day, now, as a writing exercise to get more familiar with my emotions. A brand new territory! And vocabulary – is there a book you could recommend describing the emotions the way you did (body sensations, actions)? That was so helpful! I need to confront my experience to others so as to get to know them better.
