I have some thoughts fueling my actions for past years, and that is ‘emotions make me age faster’, ‘emotions are bad for me’, ‘emotions make me look drained’, ‘emotions are harmful for me’! It’s funny how I just realised I’ve been thinking all this for past 2-3 years. Should I stay with this thought for a while ( I know Brooke says not to rush), or should I just practice new thoughts that I actually started to believe like ‘emotions are harmless but resisting emotions cause me all this’, ‘emotion is just a vibration in the body, that doesn’t even hurt’, ‘I wanna experiences as many negative emotions as possible so I can get better and bettter at learning how to deal with it’? I believe this thoughts are so so good.
