My question is about feelings and PMS. About 7-10days before starting my period, I experience extreme irritability that doctors say is part of PMS. I often feel a mix of depressed, angry and irritated. I get triggered by smallest of things. And while I also know that this may be due to PMS, it feels like I don’t have full control over my feelings. And literally, within 24 hours of getting my period, everything gets easy again. I don’t feel at the effect of my emotions once I’m off that stage. I’m wondering what are your thoughts/suggestions on that? Emotions as an effect of hormonal changes in the body. How can I deal with that better? What can I do? I’m spending almost a third of my month in this place and I don’t like that.
