Emotions (Nadège)


Hi Brooke,
I’m now aware that feeling my emotions is much easier and rewarding than resisting them.
However, I keep forgetting to feel them even when I set the day thinking I’m going to check my body for any emotions whenever I have a minute. What could be ways to get practice without forgetting about it? I guess it’s just a new habit I’m getting used to.
