Someone texted me their story of being in and out of the hospital and how it complicates getting their daughter to and from practice.
I did not add to it any of my drama.
As I was responding it felt inauthentic and almost cold.
I am guessing its because that was a new way of showing up for me. So it was uncomfortable?
What does empathy look like with out drama? How does the authenticity and warmth get reattached to empathy without drama?
Is it all just down to trial and error until stepping into that sweet spot?
What does the model look like for this?
