I am having trouble reconciling the fact that I can’t control my employees’ behavior but that they aren’t meeting my needs and expectations . I feel like I I have tried talking with them about how I can help and been really direct and empathetic and nothing is working . I can use the model but what I can’t figure out is how to apply it then and getting the result I want which is for my team to be successful.
