End Belief

T – No matter what I do. . . (It doesn’t work out, nothing changes, I don’t make money, etc)

I am not actively thinking this.
I found this thought/belief last year and have tried to let it go.

When I notice it, I am pattern interrupting it. I have nothing to refute it with that my brain will accept.

So, besides pattern interrupting what can I do to change this or replace it? I think it is more experiential or an impression rather than sentence in mind, but I really want to squash this thought.
