Hi! I usually weigh in on Saturdays but I went to the doctor’s for a check-up yesterday and I had reached my weekly weight goal. I think my brain freaked out.
C: I weigh 62.6kgs. My weekly goal is 62,750g.
T: I won’t be able to maintain it.
F: panicked
A: I react to the F, I overeat, I don’t pause, I don’t reassure myself
R: I confirm that I’m not able to maintain it.
What can I do? Thank you!
