Hi Brooke! I’m trying to understand my feelings around being tired and not having energy and making the connection to having coffee in the mornings. I feel like the coffee is making me jittery, but I love it. But I feel like it does cause me to also get very tired and lethargic in the afternoon. Is there a thought you suggest I work with in the model of any way to pinpoint this to a thought instead of the actual coffee making me feel tired? I keep getting hung up on the fact that coffee is not a problem and it must be a thought instead that is making me feel tired. Thank you!
