Hi Brooke,

I’m finding it more challenging to enjoy entertainment such as movies and music. I find myself picking apart a line in a movie or lyrics in a song. I think if they did The Model they wouldn’t have thought that way. For example if a musician protrays feeling sad and lonely in a heartbreak song. I immediately want to pause the song and tell them about The Model. I realize they create for entertainment purposes, but it’s hard to enjoy music and movies in the same way when I recognize thought errors in them.
