Enjoying Food On Protocol

I have been eating fairly clean for awhile, and notice that there are foods (such as a steak, air fried veggies, etc) that I enjoy eating but are also exactly what I want to be eating to stick to my goals. I am working with an urge jar and not using food for enjoyment or buffering. Is it alright to enjoy the food I purposefully eat, I believe I heard Brooke mention that that’s normal when you are off sugar and flour but want to be sure I’m not accidentally sabotaging the process of stopping using food for enjoyment.
