Hi Brooke. I just finished Chapter 5 in your new book, came across a few of the last questions you proposed and did some thinking. How would you know you haven’t “earned” something? I am so ready for my last romantic relationship (the one which will eventually lead to marriage), but haven’t experienced it yet. I keep an open mind and an open heart, treated the past relationships I have been in as if they were “it”, and constantly work on becoming the best version of myself that I can be. You mentioned in Chapter 4 that “the only thing keeping you from what you want and what you have now is the belief that you can’t have it.” Because it hasn’t happened yet, is my impatience preventing me from having it?

Thank you for your thoughts, Brooke.
