Entrepreneur call follow-up

Just got off the Entrepreneur call and two different things you said leave me wondering….paraphrased: (1) new coaches starting out should do one-on-one coaching until they are maxed out (they need that experience coaching and solving problems) and then they create a program and (missed the part about where you move from program to continuity program-but that’s not the question here); (2) Never sell an hour of your time. I know you say never be confused, never tell yourself you are confused, but honestly, those two statements confuse me as they seem to be at odds with each other (not selling an hour of your time but you should coach one on one). Please explain. Thanks a million! Awesome call. So much of my questions were answered by your responses to other peoples questions.
