Joined SCS last month, and I am so thankful to be learning and digging deep. Ok this one really hit home, so much that I felt “overwhelmed” (my choice :)). I have a ton of work to do on myself in this area. So would like your feedback on this model:

C: Co-worker accepted new position and I reached out about upcoming training
T: She’s not happy about her choice to accept the position (my brain goes there because of previous conversations)
F: Nervous / anxious / worried
A: I texted her upbeat and positive comments
R: “blank” – I’m stuck here, not sure what my result is?

I can see that I am trying to take responsibility for her feelings, which is clearly a work on for me. I just don’t know how to place it in the model.
