Establishing Routines to Promote Growth

I am spending sometime over the holidays looking at what I want for Me 2.0. I have a lot of PTSD from trauma and self-doubt to work through. (I am working with a therapist.). One of the things I want to do is start working some healthy routines into my day to help me address my self doubt and harshness. Could you recommend some ideas? I am curious what are some of the things Brooke and the other coaches do in their daily routines to take care of themselves – their mental state, emotions, physical, etc. Obviously the Model, but what does a good healthy self-care daily routine look like for someone that wants to get to the level Brooke is at?
