I have a few questions regarding thought work on believing something when you don’t.
You have mentioned that we should not look to the past for answers.
I have created many amazing things/situations in my life by believing I could do them before having proof or knowing the steps to get there.
My first question is why is it bad to look back to examples of how I created great things with my mind when it seemed to have worked?
My second question is how can you believe something you don’t yet believe?
Is it a compelling reason that creates the belief?
I feel like I am able to apply all of this work to every area of my life except weight loss.
