Everyone’s drama is my problem

My family members are all generating a lot of drama. My 16-year-old son is angry at his stepfather (my husband) and moved out. My 13-year-old daughter is enraged at me for saying no to her working in a restaurant known for sexy waitresses/hostesses. My husband is regularly talking about his suicidal thoughts related to his chronic health problems. I feel like an emotional punching bag. In the next two months, I have a contract that in the past has provided most of my income for the year, and also in the past, I have procrastinated and buffered a lot instead of working consistently on my contract.

F drained
A people please, active listen, make excuses for them, buffer, procrastinate, ruminate; spin in confusion, talk to friends about situations, “walk on eggshells”, “wait for the other shoe to drop”, don’t take massive action on my contract, don’t follow my work schedule, don’t do enough self-care, think about how to fix situations, make my life less important
R I make everyone’s drama my problem
