Howdy! OK, so this is a follow up question. What is the difference between allowing a feeling to pass through you from grief, which seems very visceral (perhaps an emotion from primitive brain?) vs a feeling (/emotion) we create w our thoughts. Ah-i am asking if you think there is a difference between the two. I do-one is part of having a body-the other is managing mind. For sure-managing the mind is enough work to focus on to create what we want, etc!
