So, I ran the model about badmouthing the ex and found the feeling driving the action is self-righteous.
And while I don’t want to feel that way, I definitely have many thoughts about his moral character (lying, cheating, etc) that I’ve been thinking for YEARS that cause me to feel it.
There are times I’m able to think thoughts that bring about compassion for him (ex: hurt people hurt people). Do I just need to practice those more often to permanently get off my high horse?
