Examining Lifelong Beliefs Regarding Weight Loss and Maintenance


I have been in SCS for 11 months and my main goal remains losing and keeping off my extra weight. I am down 20 pounds and see that to lose the last 30, I need to identify, examine and change the limiting beliefs I have had for 45 years that have made it impossible for me to reach and/or maintain a desirable weight. I have identified 5 beliefs that I think are at the heart of my weight and food issues. What should I do to examine and change these beliefs?
